• Dispatch: from our workshop straight to your door.

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days depending on location. Regional areas may take a touch longer.

We don’t cut corners—your collar is worth the wait because it’s literally built to bring your dog home safe.

🔄 Returns & Sizing Guarantee

• If your collar isn’t perfect, our Sizing Guarantee has you covered.

• Simple flat $9.95 remake + shipping fee, and we’ll make you a new one.
